Our Care Philosophy

To ensure our patients receive the best possible care and experience, we focus on three main commitments.
Cypress Health Partners was founded on the belief that together, we can achieve our full potential. When patients are surrounded by a care team that treats the whole person, they can live their lives to the fullest. When providers work as a team and are supported with the right resources to perform at their best, they can deliver great care and fulfill their ambitions. When clinics are supported by a parent organization aligned with their interests, they can achieve the business success they envision and better serve their patients and communities.

Empowering a Lifetime of Health and Wellness

Cypress Health Partners was founded on the belief that together, we can achieve our full potential. When patients are surrounded by a care team that treats the whole person, they can live their lives to the fullest. When providers work as a team and are supported with the right resources to perform at their best, they can deliver great care and fulfill their ambitions. When clinics are supported by a parent organization aligned with their interests, they can achieve the business success they envision and better serve their patients and communities. When we all work together, great things happen. It’s our purpose to make that a reality.

Cypress Health Partners commits to empowering our patients to live a lifetime of health and wellness. We integrate hands-on care with the most effective technologies available to treat the whole person, not just the presenting symptoms. We recognize that every patient who comes in our doors must play a role in his or her recovery, so we enlist them over their lifetimes as members of their care team.

Making it Easier to Receive the Best Care

We commit to removing the obstacles that get in the way of delivering and receiving the best care possible. For patients, we make access to our providers as easy as possible, with the path to wellness simplified and customized to meet their needs. For our providers, we develop and deploy technology to remove all unnecessary work that gets in the way of doing what they do best: focusing on their patients.

Building Healthier Communities

Knowing that the health of our patients is dependent on the overall health of their communities, we’re committed to building healthier communities. We invest in the communities we serve by supporting local charities and events that promote health and well-being, and we encourage our team members to do so as well.

VALUES

Our Values shape our culture. They guide how we communicate, act, partner with, and care for others.

COMPASSION

We strive to fully understand and empathize with the needs of every employee and patient. We appreciate and respect others’ perspectives, even if they are different from our own. We take appropriate action to advocate for and support those with whom we work and those we serve.

CHARACTER

We hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards of honesty, accountability, fairness, integrity and professionalism. We always do the right thing, no matter how difficult.

GROWTH ORIENTED

We provide an environment that encourages and supports personal development, professional growth, and continuous improvement. We foster a culture of accountability by setting measurable expectations and maintaining transparency. We embrace change and seek out opportunities to continuously improve.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

We strive to promote the health and wellness of our patients not just through physical therapy, but by promoting healthy lifestyles and habits. For us to succeed, our employees must serve as examples of good health and continually seek opportunities to educate and encourage our patients to live to their full potential.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

We commit to creating the best possible experience for our patients—from their very first call with us to the follow-up care they receive at home. We provide our staff with the time, training, and technology they need to follow through on this commitment.

TEAMWORK

Our success is connected to the success and well-being of others. We can do great things when we work together to bring out the best in ourselves and in those we work with. We are humble, valuing team over individual.
