Deborah Galvin, VP of Human Resources
Deb Galvin is a seasoned human resources leader with over 20 years of experience driving scalable people strategies across high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations. As Vice President of Human Resources, Deb leads all core HR functions, supporting more than 1,200 team members across five states.
Since joining the organization in 2019, Debbie has been instrumental in building a centralized HR function from the ground up. She led the design and execution of a company-wide strategic retention plan with a focus on employee engagement, workplace culture, and professional development. Debbie also played a key cross-functional role in the development and rollout of the company’s career path framework and has driven initiatives to enhance onboarding, streamline credentialing, and improve HR compliance and data analytics.
Known for her ability to align people strategy with business goals, Debbie is passionate about creating a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. She is a graduate of Regis College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
