Deb has been a valued member of the CHP team for three years and is a core member of its leadership team. In her new role as Vice President of Human Resources, Deb will focus predominantly on driving employee engagement and retention and ensuring that all Human Resources functions are aligned with the overall strategy of the organization – and operating effectively. She will continue to oversee the HR, Credentialing, and Payroll teams.
