Cypress Health Partners (CHP), the leading provider of physical therapy and chiropractic care in the Northeast, is pleased to announce that current Founder & CEO, Steven Windwer, DC, PT, has been named Founder/Executive Chairman of Cypress Health Partners. Brady Hill, who currently serves as President of the company, will be taking on the role of CEO.
As President (and previously as SVP of Strategy), Hill focused on leading CHP’s growth initiatives, while placing special emphasis on driving the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, as well as working closely with operational leadership to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
As Executive Chairman, Windwer will continue to be highly invested in the future of CHP and will be focused on driving vision, strategy, and leadership development, with a special emphasis on organizational culture.
In their current and prior roles, Hill and Windwer worked closely together to shape the strategic vision, growth, and objectives of CHP with an emphasis on becoming a national leader in patient access, outcomes, and experience in the physical therapy space. They are firmly aligned on their commitment to improving healthcare, supporting the success of their team, and helping build CHP into a leading MSK organization.
