Cypress Health Partners, the premier network of leading Physical Therapy and Chiropractic providers in the Northeast, is pleased to announce that Tom Carroll will take on a new role as EVP & Chief Compliance Officer. Tom is currently a core member of the Cypress Health Partners leadership team as CFO. In his new role, Tom will focus on strategy, payor relations, compliance, and risk management, while continuing to oversee Human Resources and IT.
“As we continue to expand our footprint in the Northeast, it is crucial that we are proactive around developing new strategies for MSK healthcare delivery, and that we align closely with payors and other entities to develop new value-based care models,” states Steven Windwer, DC, PT, Founder & CEO of Cypress Health Partners.
“Tom has a track record of leading important functions at Cypress Health Partners, and prior to that, as President of South Shore Physician Ambulatory Enterprise (SSPAE). He is the best possible executive to lead these initiatives,” he continued.
